Using Training Gamification to Raise Safety Awareness
Playing “brain games” can improve employees’ retention and recall of crucial safety training content, overcoming some limitations of traditional safety training methods.
An exciting new method that is gaining interest in occupational safety training is gamification— applying game mechanics in training, as well as on-the-job scenarios—to enhance conformance to safe work procedures and to increase engagement with safety practices and concepts.
